Evan Ogrodnik Named Shareholder
PITTSBURGH—Schneider Downs, one of the 60 largest certified public accounting and business advisory firms in the United States, is proud to announce that Evan Ogrodnik has been named shareholder, effective July 1, 2014.
Evan C. Ogrodnik, CPA, Tax Advisory Shareholder, joined Schneider Downs in 2005 and has more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, serving clients in a number of industries, including manufacturing, distribution and professional services. His expertise includes the review of corporate, partnership and individual income tax returns, tax planning for business entities and individuals, and the development and communication of tax strategies to management. Evan also works with the Schneider Downs Internal Audit Department in assisting clients’ review of internal controls as they relate to income taxes and ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
Additionally, Evan assists the Schneider Downs Business Advisory Department in tax due diligence procedures related to business acquisitions. He is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing Industry Group and the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a B.S.B.A in accounting from John Carroll University.
