Shifting the ERM Paradigm from a Compliance Exercise to a Business Enabler
Learn how to utilize ERM to evoke a positive change within your institution.  The session will focus on the evolution of enterprise risk management and the need for institutions to change their approach to managing risk to meet the demands of an evolving business environment.

Current Threats in Cybersecurity
An FBI Supervisory Special Agent (SSA) will lead a discussion related to the latest cybersecurity threats that are hitting American Financial Institutions, including the Business Email Compromise (BEC) epidemic. Join us as we discuss how the cybercriminals carry out their fraudulent dealings through a detailed account of certain examples and what your organization can do to better prepare for these threats.

What Could the Branch of the Future Look Like?
During this session, the five major components that make up branch transformation will be discussed: 1) Demographic and Competitive Analysis, 2) New Layout/Smaller Floor Plan, 3) Transformation from Teller Lines to Pods/Universal Staffing, 4) Technology Integration and 5) Branding and Merchandising. From this discussion you will get a clear sense of what the branch of the future could look like. Actual bank case studies, client examples and project photos will be presented to illustrate actual concepts utilized in the branch transformation process.
