Schneider Downs Expands Management Team
PITTSBURGH, PA– Schneider Downs & Co. announces that Michael Fox has joined the firm’s Business Advisory Practice as a Director.
Mr. Fox has over 30 years of experience in financial and accounting operations within both public and private equity-sponsored businesses. He began his career at a Big 4 firm, before moving into CFO and Controller roles in various industries, ranging from Professional Service to Technology to Distribution and Logistics. Mr. Fox’s experience advising organizations of all kinds on both the “buy” and “sell” side of transactions, coupled with his detailed understanding of the issues important to private equity-sponsored companies, make him a valuable asset to Schneider Downs’ diverse client portfolio.

Mr. Fox received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
