Mike joined Schneider Downs in August 2011 after a career in the private practice of law. He focuses on wealth transfer and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners across a wide spectrum of industries. Mike also assists clients in developing tax planning and minimization strategies. He provides technical research and guidance in complex tax situations and keeps clients informed of important developments in tax legislation.
