David J. Mitros CPA

David is a shareholder in Schneider Downs’ Tax Advisory Services. He has 14 years of experience working with national and regional firms with a focus on privately held organizations and their owners.

David has been with the firm for 3 years and over that time has developed strong relationships with his clients through his efforts to be extremely responsive and proactive in assisting his clients as their trusted tax advisor through acquisitions, divestitures, sales and reorganizations. David has extensive experience working with organizations utilizing complex partnership structures and assisting those organizations with proper planning and reporting to their investors. He also has significant experience with multi state tax filings and non-resident state withholding and composite issues.
