Safely and Meaningfully Accelerating Your AI Journey: Demystifying the Risks and Understanding What’s Possible (50 mins- 1 CPE)

Description: With AI adoption gaining momentum at scale, mainly driven through our systems of record and engagement rolling AI capabilities into core features, acceleration of these tools is happening without clarity in how these solutions work – creating vulnerabilities to data privacy and leaving value that AI can generate on the table.
Starting with the frameworks of Generative versus Predictive Ai, we will dive into how each of these classes of Ai work, common architectures, the importance of data structures, how they ingest and process data, and how Machine Learning works to enhance both use cases over time.
We will also talk about how get your organization ready to think about, evaluate, and act upon Ai opportunities now and over time.
Finally, we will share our progress on utilizing Microsoft’s different Copilot models (for Dynamics, for the Web, and for Office 365) for internal use cases, as well as specific use cases from leveraging Ai in Intelligent Automation client use cases.
