SD Capital is a robust new Value Advisory practice forged from the combination of Schneider Downs Corporate Finance’s (SDCF) M&A investment banking practice and Schneider Downs’s Growth, Strategy and Transaction Advisory Services practice, established in 2023 with the strategic acquisition of Springer Lawson & Associates.
Together, the two practices create an integrated team dedicated to helping business owners build and monetize the value of their firms. We have a proven expertise in identifying and helping owners capitalize on areas that will make their businesses more attractive to buyers and investors, and then effectively executing the transactions to put value in the owner’s pocket.
