Tax Reform and Form 5500 News

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (H.R.1) provides significant changes to the Internal Revenue Code, including a number of changes that impact employer-sponsored employee benefit plans. Jason Lumpkin, Schneider Downs and Jason Rothman, Findley Davies, will analyze the employee benefit plan changes under H.R.1 that impact the retirement, welfare and fringe benefit plans sponsored by employers.
In addition, they will discuss the latest updates to IRS Form 5500 series that plan sponsors must understand.
