David is a shareholder in Schneider Downs’ Tax Advisory Services. He has 17 years of experience working with national and regional firms with a focus on privately held organizations and their owners.
David has been with the firm for over six years. During that time, he has developed strong relationships with his clients, serving as a trusted tax advisor through acquisitions, divestitures, sales, and reorganizations. He has extensive experience assisting organizations that utilize complex partnership structures with proper planning and reporting to their investors. He also has significant experience with multi-state tax filings and nonresident state withholding and composite issues.
David is a leader in the Schneider Downs Real Estate Industry Group and focuses on serving clients that operate in development, investment, management, and sales of real estate property.
