Notes on the Schedule
- February-March Recess: The Legislature pauses to review Governor Shapiro’s proposed Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget and hold related budget hearings.
- May Break: May 19, 2026 is the Primary Election. This year, all 203 House districts, 25 Senate districts, the Governor, and all 17 U.S. House seats will appear on the ballot.
- End of Session: The current two-year legislative session concludes on November 30, 2026, so no legislative dates are scheduled for December.
