PITTSBURGH — Schneider Downs is pleased to announce that Jessica Miller, director in Risk Advisory Services, and Nicolas Leone, senior manager in Advisory Services, have been selected for leadership development programs offered by Leadership Pittsburgh Inc.
Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and connecting leaders across southwestern Pennsylvania. Through its selective leadership programs, the organization helps participants strengthen their leadership capabilities, broaden their regional perspective and build connections across industries and communities.
Miller has been accepted into Leadership Pittsburgh’s flagship program for established leaders. The program brings together senior-level professionals from across the region to explore critical community issues, strengthen civic leadership and expand executive-level networks.
“I am incredibly honored to be part of Leadership Pittsburgh and excited for the opportunity to learn alongside such an inspiring group of leaders from across our region,” Miller said. “I hope to gain a deeper understanding of the people, organizations and issues that shape Pittsburgh while building meaningful relationships with others who are passionate about making a difference.”
Leone has been accepted into the Leadership Development Initiative, a program designed for emerging and high-potential professionals. Through leadership development experiences, cross-industry networking and community-based projects, participants enhance their leadership skills while building stronger connections to the Pittsburgh region and its future.
