How it Started
23 years ago, one of our current energy clients struggled to find a good high-quality audit and tax service provider that truly understood its industry. Though they had tried several different audit and tax providers over the years, they couldn’t find a firm with the industry expertise necessary to support their growing business effectively. When they were finally introduced to Schneider Downs, our experience with the nuances of energy-specific accounting and tax standards differentiated us from the previous firms. We were in it for the long haul when they engaged us all those years ago.

Over time, our technology services team was pulled in to implement and upgrade their ERP system, and today, Schneider Downs also consults on the client’s ERISA plans and trust and estate matters.
